Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable, except where this policy or the law says otherwise. You can cancel any time to stop future charges, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.

1. General rule

Except as set out in this policy, our Terms of Service, or where required by law, all payments are non-refundable. This includes partly used billing periods and unused messages or web searches.

2. Customers in the EEA and UK

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can request a refund within 14 days of a purchase. The refund is prorated: we deduct an amount for the service you used during that time, based on the messages and web searches used compared with your plan's limits and the days elapsed.

3. Other rights under the law

Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle may grant refunds under its own Buyer Terms, and consumer laws where you live may give you further rights. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

4. Billing errors

We will always refund, in full:

  • duplicate charges for the same plan and period;
  • charges made after you had already cancelled;
  • charges for a plan you could not use because of an extended outage on our side.

5. How to request a refund

Email abdulwadoodhashmi10@gmail.com from your account's email address, or use the link in the receipt email Paddle sent you. Include the date and amount of the payment, or your Paddle order number. We'll check your eligibility and reply within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are paid by Paddle to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days. Your bank may take longer to show them.

6. Refunds and cancellation are separate

  • Requesting a refund does not cancel your subscription. To stop future charges, also cancel in Settings.
  • When you cancel without a refund, you keep your paid plan until the end of the current billing period and are not charged again. We don't refund the remaining days.
  • If a refund is approved for your current period, your paid access for that period ends and your account returns to the Free plan. Your conversations and notes are kept.

7. Abuse

We may refuse refunds where an account has repeatedly subscribed and requested refunds to get paid features for free, or has broken our Terms of Service, where the law allows us to.
