1. Who we are
Second Brain AI (“we”, “us”) provides an AI workspace for chat, study, research and business tasks (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to accept these Terms where you live. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to them.
- Give accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us at abdulwadoodhashmi10@gmail.com if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Using the Service
You agree not to:
- break any law, or use the Service to harm, harass, defraud or deceive anyone;
- create malware, spam, or content that sexually exploits minors or promotes violence;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy, or upload personal data you have no right to share;
- attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service, or get around plan limits or security measures;
- resell or share access to your account.
You must also follow the usage policies of our AI provider, OpenAI. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. AI answers
- Answers are generated by AI models and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check important information yourself.
- Answers about the future are forecasts, not predictions or guarantees. Do not rely on them for decisions about health, money, law or safety.
- The Service does not give medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
- With web search on, answers may cite third-party websites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you type, upload and receive (“Content”). You give us permission to store and process your Content only to run the Service for you, for example sending your messages to our AI provider to generate replies. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Plans, payments and renewals
- The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans, their prices, models and daily limits are shown on the Upgrade page. Daily limits reset at 00:00 UTC.
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
- Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars; Paddle may add taxes depending on where you live.
- You can cancel at any time from Settings. You keep your paid plan until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
- If you switch between paid plans, the change is prorated by Paddle.
- If a payment fails, we may keep your plan for a short grace period while Paddle retries, then move you to the Free plan.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
- We may change prices or limits. We'll tell you at least 30 days before a price change affects your subscription.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available, but we don't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features, including which AI models each plan uses, as long as paid plans keep comparable value.
8. Ending your account
You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in Settings, which also cancels any paid subscription. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. If we close your account without a good reason, we'll refund any unused part of a paid period.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on AI answers. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, unless consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new Terms.
